General
Orders are subject to a £9.75 plus VAT delivery charge to all UK mainland addresses for packages up to 30kg apart from those listed below. Orders between 30kg-80kg are subject to a £28.00 plus VAT delivery charge and a pallet £55 plus VAT.
Orders for packages up to 20kg for the following destinations are subject to a £28 plus VAT delivery charge on an up to 2 day delivery. For all orders over 20kg please contact our Parts Dept on 01392 882220 to receive a quotation.
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands and the following Scottish highlands and islands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Courier
Most of our smaller parcels are dispatched by DPD the same day if ordered before 1500hrs. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as they do not call ahead to arrange a mutually convenient time and they will require a signature on delivery. It is therefore prudent to have a commercial delivery address rather than a domestic one as a failed delivery may result in additional courier charges. We also use other courier services such as Royal Mail and DHL.
Please note that all delivery times are approximate and occasionally they may be extended for reasons beyond our control. If delivery times are critical it is recommended that you contact are Parts Dept on 01392 882220 to discuss options prior to dispatch.
For multiple product orders where delivery times differ please contact the Parts Dept on 01392 882220 to arrange a partial delivery if required. They may be additional delivery charges if a partial delivery is required.
Stock Items
We stock in excess of £750,000 of spare parts in our stores and therefore most normally held parts are dispatched same day if ordered before 1500hrs for next day delivery.
Out of Stock Items
Stock is either delivered to us from our supplier which we then forward on to the customer or it is delivered direct from our supplier, dependent on size and weight of items. Whilst every effort is made to expedite orders in an efficient, effective manner should you order any out of stock items that are time critical could you please contact the Parts Dept on 01392 882220.
Damaged/Missing Items
Please sign for any parcels that arrive damaged as ‘damaged’ on the courier PDA/paperwork. Couriers will not accept any claims for damage if they have been signed for as delivered in good condition.
Please notify PES of any missing or wrongly supplied items within 24 hours of delivery. Any notifications after 24 hours may result in your claim being rejected.
