Description
Cable general fits Thwaites 3 Thwaites dumper when fitted with a Yanmar engine, 415 Newage axle on the front of the machine and a lockable over-centre handbrake lever. Cable is approximately 3630mm long with a fixed clevis to the handbrake lever and a 5/16 bsf threaded bar on the axle end, the outer sleeve is approx. 3370mm long from the tip of the thread with two adjuster nuts to the tip of 13mm metal sleeve the other end.
The handbrake cable links the handbrake lever to the parking brake to stop the vehicle from rolling away. Frayed or broken cables are dangerous and must be replaced
