Description
Cable general fits Thwaites 4000MK1 when dumper is fitted with a round handbrake band which is located to the rear of a Newage 40M gearbox, the cable is approximately 1920mm long with a fixed eyelet to the handbrake lever and a 80mm log threaded bar o the handbrake calliper side, the outer sleeve is approximately 1700mm long from the tip of the threaded one end to the tip of the metal sleeve the other end.
The handbrake cable links the handbrake lever to the parking brake to stop the vehicle from rolling away. Frayed or broken cables are dangerous and must be replaced
