Mr Russell Strudwick of R M Landscapes has done it again—proving that when it comes to machinery, he clearly believes you can never have too much of a good thing. This time, he’s rolled away with a shiny new Thwaites 3-ton swivel tip dumper, and by all accounts, it was love at first tip.

Joined by his ever-reliable assistant and daughter, Charlene Strudwick, the handover had all the makings of a proper family outing—just with a bit more horsepower and a lot more mud. Charlene, who’s very much part of the engine room of the business, kept a close eye on proceedings, presumably making sure her dad didn’t try to sneak in “just one more” machine while he was there.
Of course, no new arrival comes without a fond farewell, and the trusty old Terex dumper has now been officially retired (or at least sent off to pastures new). It’s served well, but even the best workhorses deserve a rest—especially when there’s a new kid on the block ready to take over.

Working with Russell and his team is always a breath of fresh air. Loyal, straightforward, and always good for a laugh, they’re the kind of customers who make the job easy—and enjoyable. Repeat customers like this don’t just come back… they practically reverse back in with another order.

We wish them all the best with their new machine—though knowing Russell, we won’t have to wait too long before he’s back again!
