It has been a pleasure and often a pain (the Jokes are sometimes hard to withstand) to be able to help Mr Piers Turner from Southern Properties with the supply of another Volvo EC27D. This new 27D replaces the current three-year-old model which has earnt its keep over the last 36 months or so.
Mr Piers Turner of Southern Properties, a developer based in the Launceston area has obtained several pieces of plant equipment from us over the years including a Merlo Telehandler, Dumpers, Excavators, Rollers and machine accessories.
With quite a lot of repeat business happening at the moment I was prompted to ask a few customers why they often come back to us for machines and accessories as I am pretty certain its not for my riveting company and conversation!

“PES doesn’t operate a Hire Fleet so your engineers are quick to respond to any warranty issues where appropriate as they are not out repairing hire machines and potential off hire Situations due to breakdowns.
The owner of a new Thwaites dumper stated “ its like dealing direct with the factory, your chaps have a wealth of knowledge and you seem to keep every spare dumper part I may need on the shelf”
