The new Volvo EW60E is latest wheeled machine launched in the E series,. The new cab is ergonomically designed with the keypad grouping all controls by the 7 inch LCD monitor with easy to use menus and the new and improved proportional joysticks providing better grip and increased ease of control. Cab visibility is enhanced with slim pillars and large glazed area’s with the 7 inch monitor also acting as the optional rear view camera screen to eliminate blind spots. Inside the cab there is a  phone tray, cup holder and 3 large storage areas and a large comfortable seat making it a productive operator environment reducing fatigue.  Low fuel consumption of the Stage 5 Volvo engine is aided by auto-idle whilst auto shutdown reduces running and service costs by machines clocking up hours whilst idling, the engine being perfectly matched to the hydraulic system ensuring the ultimate combination of power, performance and controllability. Ground level service access through large opening bonnets and convenient greasing points with an easy to clean cooling unit make routine maintenance easy and service intervals can be checked and reminders given by the cab LCD monitor. The heavy duty transmission and axles with four wheel drive have outstanding on/off road capability coupled with a top speed of 30km/h allowing supreme versatility and mobility allowing fast travel times between sites.
