The Spicer 401 gearbox was designed to replace the Newage 40M and Newage 85m gearboxes in site dumpers when Newage went into administration and production ceased. The Spicer 401 gearbox is designed to fit Thwaites 2 Tonne straight, Thwaites 2 Tonne swivel , Thwaites 3 Tonne straight and Thwaites 3 Tonne swivel and is a simple non-synchromesh gearbox with 3 forward and 1 reverse gear and of a similar design to its Newage predecessor. Most Spicer 401 parts are available, apart from castings, from stock for next day delivery or PES are able to offer complete service exchange Spicer 401 gearbox from stock or can quote to repair your existing Spicer 401 gearbox in your Thwaites 2 Tonne straight, Thwaites 2 Tonne swivel, Thwaites 3 Tonne straight and Thwaites 3 Tonne Swivel dumper. -
This service kit will fit a Thwaites MACH202-EARLY 1 Tonne Hydrostatic Transmission, Power Swivel Dumper with a Yanmar 3TNV7-KWA engine pre prefix 12. With a 230mm long hydraulic filter, if your hydraulic filter is 212mm long would need FILTTHWMACH202-EARL kit. Filters available separate. -
