As the largest supplier of Thwaites, Terex, Terex/JCB and Barford dumpers parts in the UK PES don’t support any political party, we just concentrate on being the best site dumper parts specialist in the UK and leave the politics to whichever bunch of muppets, sorry, political party, happens to be in power.
You might even say we have a slight distain to politics in general. Whether it be Blue, Red, Green, Reform or the Monster Raving Loony Party any politician would sell their mother to get in power and once in they’d do anything to stay there, even if it means throwing their colleagues under a bus to do it. To summarise, you might even say they are all w*nkers.
In the USA they have a slightly different set up, not only do they elect their politicians they also elect their Sheriff’s and Judges etc which makes all these jobs ‘campaignable’ for them to be elected.
On a recent trip to the USA to promote dumper parts sales (only joking, it was a holiday) we drove through a town where there was a pending election to vote in a judge. As you can see the word doesn’t have the same connotation as it does here!!!
That’s where the USA has one over on us. In the UK you might cast your vote but secretly think who you’re voting for is a w*nker whereas in the States you can vote for an actual Wanker!!!
I’d urge all those Americans in Nevada to get out there and vote for Judge Kim Wanker…………….after all I think with a name like that she deserves a break.
