On my recent visit to Jersey, part of the Channel Islands, I caught up with James Barette from J B Groundworks and I was interested to know how he was getting on using the newly purchased Epiroc MG1000R rotating Grab operating on his Volvo ECR145 Excavator.

I received nothing but a positive response from James who himself as well as his operator were very impressed with the Epiroc MG1000 rotating grab, a very well built and versatile attachment to own.

Multi grapples are ideal for loading and sorting various materials as well as demolishing wooden and masonry structures. The solid perforated shells provide excellent visibility during operations.  Cutting blades are both replaceable and reversible and there is an option for tooth blades for enhanced handling of blocks and stone.  Bolt on solid side plates are also an optional extra sometimes taken.

These Multi Grapples are available for machines ranging in size from 1 ton up to 20 ton.

Great to catch up with you again James and great to see the machine and grapple in operation on a short video clips available on our social media pages or click link below to view the video.
