PES can supply electronic forward/reverse levers for Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac dumpers for dumpers fitted with both old and new type Spicer and the more modern ITL transmission. Forward/reverse levers are fitted to dumpers with over 4000kg capacity but here in the UK the majority of them are fitted to Terex PT6000, Terex PS6000, Terex PT9000, the badged JCB equivalent and the Mecalac TS6 and Mecalac TS9 dumpers in both swivel skip and straight tip formats. There is still a small population of the Benford PT4000 with the Yanmar 4TNV88 engine and powershift transmission still in circulation but these are getting rare now.
There are several different types of lever for Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac, the easiest way to ascertain which one is required is by the year of manufacturer but we stock all of them. On the older type there is a gator fitted to you forward/reverse lever that keeps dirt out of the detent mechanism which holds the lever in the selected position of forward, neutral and reverse. If this detent wears and fails the lever will not stay in position and therefore PES can supply a new gator and knob to prolong the life of your Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac forward/reverse lever.
