Description
Cable fits 3 tonne Barford dumpers 2002 onwards when fitted with M10 thread on the inner cable axle end. Cable is approximately 3430mm long with a M8 threaded bar and an adjuster nut to the handbrake lever side and a M10 threaded bar with an adjuster nut on the axle side, the outer sleeve is approximately 3160mm long from the tip of the thread one end to the tip of thread the other end both have two adjuster nuts.
The handbrake cable links the handbrake lever to the parking brake to stop the vehicle from rolling away. Frayed or broken cables are dangerous and must be replaced.
