Description

The Winget 300R, 400R or 500R range  of reversing drum mechanically fed mixers are available in either diesel or electric drive with either 7.2, 9.6 or 12 cubic metres capacity. The heavy duty, steel section, towable chassis with swivelling front axle means it is incredibly manoeuvrable for a large mixer whilst the built in jack-legs on each corner provide stability whilst mixing and allow the removal of wheels for safe storage. The standard machine comes with an automatic water fill and calibrated pointer for discharge to ensure continuity of mix or this can be changed for a flowmeter as a no-cost option. The drum is a heavy duty, spun and rolled drum with a proven paddle design for thorough, efficient mixing and is supported by heavy duty rollers and sealed shaft bearings for longevity and reliability in the harshest of environments. The driveline is controlled by a single lever operating a heavy duty gearbox with oil immersed clutches for ease of operations and to withstand the use of the most ‘robust’ of operators. The hydraulically operated loading hopper has a high discharge angle ensuring rapid and clean feed of material into the drum and holds sufficient material for a full batch therefore ensuring high productivity. With optional equipment including electric start, batchweigher, dragline feeder, feed apron and rubber discharge cone the Winget range of reversing drum mixers can be configured to suit your particular application and requirements.
