This service kit will fit a Thwaites MACH202-EARLY 1 Tonne Hydrostatic Transmission, Power Swivel Dumper with a Yanmar 3TNV7-KWA engine pre prefix 12. With a 230mm long hydraulic filter, if your hydraulic filter is 212mm long would need FILTTHWMACH202-EARL kit. Filters available separate. -

The ITL transmission is fitted to the Barford 5 Tonne straight and swivel, Barford 6 Tonne straight and swivel, Barford 7 Tonne straight and swivel and Barford 9 Tonne site dumpers. The ITL transmission in the Barford dumpers are fitted with an electronic over hydraulically operated clutch pack for forward/reverse operations and 4 synchromesh gears with dump-switch. These torque convertor ITL transmissions are fitted to all current Barford production dumpers and are a robust unit which stand up well to the rigors and abuse on construction sites. All Barford ITL transmission parts are available from stock for next day delivery or PES are able to offer complete service exchange Barford ITL transmission from stock or can quote to repair your existing Barford ITL transmission in your Barford 5 Tonne straight and swivel, Barford 6 Tonne straight and swivel, Barford 7 Tonne straight and swivel and Barford 9 Tonne. All Thwaites ITL transmissions are tested on our in-house test rig for 30 minutes before dispatch ensuring ITL solenoids are engaging ITL clutch packs with the correct pressure.
