Why are PES the UK’s largest supplier of Dumper Parts?

These days companies seem to have wonderful mission statements, talk about customer service being their priority and proudly display their ISO credentials like a WW2 veteran on Remembrance Sunday. The only difference is the WW2 veteran earned their accolade, too often the companies that fulfil the above criteria are pretty rubbish at what they do. At PES our core business is supplying Thwaites, Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac site dumper parts and have 6 people in the stores with over 100 years of experience at PES doing it. That’s a lot of knowledge and experience and if you turned that into actual working hours perhaps you can understand why when you ring up for your Thwaites handbrake cable we know the part number off the top of our head!!!!!

With over £750k worth of parts on the shelf and the knowledge that we have, perhaps you can see why PES is the largest supplier of Thwaites, Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac dumpers in the UK. The dumper parts stock is a large commitment on our part to be able to confidently state we are probably one of the best in the country. If you ring up for a Thwaites part and we haven’t got it we don’t lie, we tell you the truth and unlike many dealers we don’t consolidate orders until we have enough to do a stock order to maximise our profits whilst keeping you waiting for you parts.

We don’t always get everything right though and make mistakes as we are only human after all. What we have though is a desire to be the best supplier of Thwaites, Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac dumper parts in the UK. What we don’t have is the desire to have the best mission statement and the best customer service policy, we’d rather our actions defined who we are rather than our slogans.
