Since Barford site dumpers went into administration in 2010, PES have managed to keep supplying spare parts for the Barford SX, Barford SXR and Barford SK dumper range by a mixture of sourcing lights and lighting accessories using the original Barford suppliers or by cross referring them to a Thwaites, Benford, Terex, Terex/JCB and Mecalac parts.
With over £750k of dumper parts on the shelf, ready for next day delivery PES are able to supply most Barford lights, brackets, guards, switches, relays and controls from stock for Barford SX, Barford SXR and Barford SK dumpers.
Lights for Barford SX, Barford SXR and Barford SK dumpers have evolved from a couple of lights bolted on to the front chassis cross member on the old Barford dumper to full blown road lighting systems incorporating brake lights, indicators and full and dipped beam headlights. Although we struggle with looms, most Barford lights and lighting accessories are available although it might now be an exact match for the original Barford parts it is the closest that we can do.
