As the largest supplier of Thwaites, Mecalac, Terex, Barford and Terex/JCB parts in the UK with over £1 million worth of dumper parts on the shelf other companies are always trying to replicate our success. Competition is good, it keeps us on our toes and stops us getting complacent and makes us try to continuously innovate to improve the level of service we can offer the UK’s site dumper operators.
If we look back in history, we were the first company to offer service exchange Newage axles and gearboxes for dumpers, then the same again with Dana gearboxes and axles when they were fitted to Thwaites and Terex site dumpers after the demise of Newage. PES invented the centre pivot kit for dumpers where you could order, with one part number, a kit to repair your Thwaites, Terex, Mecalac Terex/JCB and Barford dumper centre pivot which offered considerable savings over the purchase of individual components and you got everything you need in one bag.
When Barford dumpers went bump and disappeared, PES had their own moulds made so they could supply the plastic hydraulic and fuel tanks that were fitted to Barford dumpers and we still sell them today. We also sourced parts from various manufacturers to enable Barford dumpers to be kept working, without those parts Barford dumpers would have been consigned to the scrap heap years ago.
We are the largest supplier of Thwaites dumper parts in the UK, 100% of which are genuine and come from the factory at Leamington. With over £400,000 worth of genuine Thwaites parts on the shelf we have become the Thwaites parts supplier of choice, customers know if they need a Thwaites part the chances are we’ll have it on the shelf ready for next day delivery.
We manufacture our own silencers for dumpers which offer a considerable saving over OEM ones but with no loss of quality. These are available for Terex, Terex/JCB, Mecalac and Barford dumpers but for Thwaites we only supply the genuine ones from Thwaites at Leamington.
Lastly, we have an on-line shop that shows real time stock levels so when you order a part you know its not going to go on backorder and wait for minimum stock order values to be achieved as other suppliers do.
